Dive Notes:

This location is where 3 cables cross a cut in the reef and are exposed above the sand. Previously used for coral monitoring, this is the first dive on this site for the PBCRRT for fish counting. We established fish counting stations and each of two transects. Mappers set the two transects with tapes near the eastern edge of the rock reef. Transect 1 was at 180 degrees from 40 feet north of the north cable, and transect 2 was 135 degrees from the large coral head near the center cable and the west edge of the rock reef. Colored tie wraps were places at 3 locations on #1 and four locations on #2. Each fish ID station was GPS'ed for the map record.
